Trigger is a 7 year old male Boxer currently in La Habra. This handsome 75 pound gentleman is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations. He’s looking for a new home because his owner’s life changes mean long stretches away from home, and she doesn’t want him spending most of his days in boarding.

Trigger is housebroken, crate trained, and walks nicely on a leash once he gets past his initial excitement. While he enjoys walks, he’s really a couch potato at heart who would love nothing more than to curl up and watch your favorite Netflix series with you.

He’s great with people and kids (he currently lives with an 8 and 10 year old and has done well around babies, too). He gets along with other dogs and lives peacefully with a cat he mostly ignores.

His family is heartbroken to let him go, but they know he deserves a life that’s more than 12 hours alone each day and weeks spent in a kennel, which is beginning to stress him out.

We can take Trigger with a committed foster or adopter.
