Thank you for your purchase from West Coast Boxer Rescue Shop! Each purchase goes towards our Boxers here at WCBR. Before returning your product, please contact us to assist with the challenge with your order and direct you as to the best and fastest results for your return. Please contact us at:

Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase.
Any credit or refund is applied to the original method of payment. The original shipping/handling are non-refundable.
Customer is responsible for return shipping, we suggest using a shipping service that provides tracking and delivery confirmation, and that you insure the package for the value of the item(s) enclosed.
Items for return or exchange must arrive back to Printful in their original shipped condition, unworn, with all original tags attached and original packaging and parts included.
You must include your packing slip with your return and note on the packing slip the item(s) that you would like in exchange or if you want a refund.
