Introducing Juvia!
This shy and sweet girl was surrendered to us along with her sister Makee and two other female littermates due to littermate syndrome.
Her family was not aware that female bully breeds in the same household will often compete and end up in vicious fights. Imagine 5.
It was reckless and unethical for the BYB to allow this family to take all five girls home. BYBs don’t care about the dogs and the families that adopt from them. They only care about the mighty buck they make off these poor dogs.
Juvia is still decompressing, but is getting the sense that her life is about to get better. She seems potty trained as she does not mess in her kennel and takes very long potties.
She is good on the leash and is able to walk with other dogs with no issue.
Juvia is UTD on her vaccinations, microchipped and spayed. And, yes…everyday is tongue out Tuesday with this sweet girl.
** Please note: West Coast Boxer Rescue does not adopt female dogs to homes that already have a female dog.
