Introducing Chica

Chica is a female Boxer in the Los Angeles area in urgent need of a new home. Tragically, her owner was struck by a car and did not survive.  Unfortunately, we have limited information about Chica. Her exact age, vaccination history, and spay status are unknown. She does have a mass on her chest, which our veterinary partner will evaluate. Currently, she is sleeping outside and spends nights in the laundry room, so we are unsure if she is housebroken or crate-trained.

Despite her uncertain past, Chica is a sweet and affectionate girl. She does well with people, gets along with other dogs, and walks nicely on a leash. Her behavior with cats is unknown.  Chica urgently needs a committed foster or adopter within the next two weeks, otherwise she may end up in a shelter. Please consider opening your heart and home to this loving girl.

** Please note: West Coast Boxer Rescue does not adopt female dogs to homes that already have a female dog.
