Argust is a 3-year-old male boxer currently located in Ventura, CA. He is neutered and microchipped but needs his vaccinations updated. He weighs approximately 70 lbs. Argust is being rehomed because his owner no longer has the time to give him the care and attention he needs and has difficulty handling him on walks.
Argust is good with people, kids, and other dogs. However, he is reactive to dogs while on leash and will bark and lunge out of excitement when he sees them, so he will need an adopter who is comfortable working with him on his leash manners. He has never been around cats.
Argust is housebroken and crate trained. He currently spends his days in a 30x15-foot enclosure and his nights in a crate. He is a young, active boxer who needs a home where he can get plenty of exercise, attention, and time with his people. He will bark when he is lonely and would thrive with someone who can make him a more involved member of the family.
